Uhhhh do you already know that owl species have evolved to fly silently and I believe all species(but might be only a few) can fold their wings back so far in a flap they can fit through any gap wide enough for their bodies? (Unfortunately that’s all I for ya)

Sometimes you Do need to make a fuss, because you don’t deserve to sit in silence trying to carry all of your burdens alone. You have to speak up when you’re upset, or sad, or overwhelmed. People want to help you but they don’t know what you need. If you also don’t know what you need, tell them and figure it out together.
Or;
People are angry sometimes, and it is usually not your fault. You’re not too annoying, they aren’t snapping at you because you messed up, they aren’t angrily washing the dishes at you, they are having a bad time and you are just caught in the crossfire. Try not to let it hurt you, and when it does, say something.
